Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return one of the following criteria must be met:

  • The poster is damaged 
  • The poster is not as described

To ensure the above criteria have been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, We require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Shipping items

To return your product, you should send the product to the following address: Joanna Kruk, Morgowska 2A, 41-408 Mysłowice, Poland. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the products you wish to return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If your return is approved, we will refund your payment and the shipping costs.

You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
