When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 1-3 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. Domestic orders within Poland take 1-2 business days and international can take between 2-14 business days depending on the selected delivery method
Do you offer free shipping ?
We offer free shipping for orders over 99 €.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We custom print each piece just for you shortly after placing your order so unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@posterla.pl with your order number.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment contact us at info@posterla.com
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@posterla.com with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll contact you as soon as possible.
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges so please read the product descriptions carefully, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@posterla.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@posterla.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay using PayPal.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries in the world.
What kind of paper are the posters being printed on?
The posters are made of 230g/ m² white ,matte, thick, acid free, museum-quality paper. The posters are printed digitally in our studio in Poland.
Is the white border part of the print?
Some of our posters have an option with an outer border, which may have a different color depending on the design. You can choose your favorite style on the product page.
Are there any framing options available?
We currently do not offer framing of our posters.
Can I found your posters somewhere else?
No, all posters that you will find at Posterla sells only through Posterla.
